Use of social media plugins from Facebook
Due to our legitimate interest in the analysis, optimization and operation of our online offering (as defined in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. The plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook servers. The website operator has no influence on the nature and scope of the data that the plugin transmits to the servers of Facebook Inc. Information on this can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/help/186325668085084

Use of Vimeo plugins
For the integration of videos I use the provider Vimeo. Vimeo is operated by Vimeo, LLC, headquartered at 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011.
On some of our websites I use plugins from Vimeo. When you access the websites on our website that are provided with such a plugin – for example our media library – a connection to the Vimeo servers is established and the plugin is displayed. This will transmit to the Vimeo server which of our web pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of Vimeo, Vimeo will assign this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, e.g. clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your Vimeo account and deleting the corresponding Vimeo cookies before using our website.

Integration of further services and contents of third parties
It may happen that other contents of third parties, such as RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, are integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third party providers”) perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. I try to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents. However, I have no influence on this if the third party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we know, I inform the users.
This offer uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. “(“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on the user’s computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by users is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will reduce the IP addresses of users within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the users, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide the website operator with further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet.
As an alternative to the browser add-on or within browsers on mobile devices, please click this link to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie is stored on your device. If you delete your cookies, you must click this link again.
Right of the user to information, modification, correction and deletion/blocking
As a user, you have the right to request free information on what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data processed or deleted. If applicable, you may also assert your right to data portability. If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have a right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for its intended use and there are no legal retention periods. If deletion is not possible because the data is required for legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
right of objection
Users of this website may exercise their right of objection and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.
